(these are responses from these questions- How do I define success in a career and in life? If I were guaranteed success, what would I do? What activities make me feel happy or energized?

1. success in a job is fulfilling your tasks in a quick and efficient manner, while success in life is being contented with yourself and your choices. Absolutely anything is a possibility at that point. go skydiving? play in a major musical? build a miniature library in my house? why not, I’m going to enjoy it. the only thing holding me back would be the money to pay for things.
a high-flying action scene in a game or show is usually enough to get my blood pumping, but just sitting and talking with friends cheers me up as well

2. I define success as being happy in what I am doing and making enough money to not have to really worry about money. I would start investing in stocks and become incredibly rich, so I don’t have to worry about money anymore. Walking, doing exciting things with my friends, building stuff.

3. I would define success in a career as being not only content but also happy. Although part of my definition for success in a career would be high pay, it would also highlight the importance of enjoying the work that you do. Being successful in life to me means that you’ve done all that you’ve set out to do. Whether that’s finding a companion, starting a family, finding the perfect job, traveling the world, etc. A successful career and life all and all correlates back to overall happiness and joy. If I were guaranteed success, I personally would drop out of college and pursue personal happiness and desires before starting a lifelong career. I think I would be better off in the future if I took the time to discover more about myself and what exactly I like and dislike. Activities that make me feel happy and energized are spending time with close friends and family, exercising, painting, and basically anything that keeps my mind preoccupied. I like to stay busy or else I tend to fall into a slope of laziness.
