Describe an example of abnormal behavior from your own experience (either behavior you’ve engaged in or directly observed in others) that could be explained by the sociocultural perspective (use sound judgment in this share only that which you’re comfortable with). Walk us through that explanation, connecting it clearly to sociocultural theory. Then, tell us if this behavior is something that might someday be considered normal should cultural and social values change (homosexuality and tattoos are recent examples of such).
