I need help with three posts, please. I will send the readings once someone can help me thanks. Also please say what is for what question.
1. Choose one of the two activities below to complete (Post your activity as an attachment here.):
What can you do in a classroom to help students be more task-committed? Create or modify a lesson that will encourage students to work harder on a particular set of standards.
OR
Create an activity for a class that has students complete the steps of the creative process using standards you teach (example in Module One).
2. After reading Renzulli’s “What Makes Giftedness?” article, what role do you think creativity and task commitment have on gifted behaviors? What do we or should we do in schools based on the importance Renzulli places on creativity and task commitment? Is there something you could do or change in your classroom?
3. After reading David Dai’s first chapter of the book, what do you think about the paradigms and paradoxes of gifted education? You might look at the summary of major tensions and themes in the field on table 1.1 to get an idea about something that hits home to you. First tell us what the topic is that interests you and then explain what your thoughts are on the paradigm or paradox. Why does this matter when we seek to help gifted students? Be thoughtful.
