Project requires the use of different software such as minitab, tableau, openmarkov, and bigml. The dataset is attached, I will send a project sample via email to that tutor chosen. I only need the tutor to work on the appendix and the instructions and outline are also attached. This project is worth a very hefty amount of my grade and requires a great understanding of statistics and probability as well as the ability to deeply analyze the data provided. The queries that I have so far are Query 1: Which city has, on average, the highest priced homes? Query 2: Which building class is most expensive on average for each city? Query 3: Are homes larger in one specific city compared to the rest? Query 4: Does crime rate play a role in determining the average sale price for each city? they need to be more deep and complex so if you have any replacements go ahead by all means just make sure you contact me about it. What I was originally thinking of doing is displaying the data by ZIP Code for each city and then analyze and compare it from there.
