  2. Learn more about your chosen issue by researching it on the Web. Do a Google search (Links to an external site.) by typing in, for example, “creativity and innovation” Evaluate the results by looking for credible sites.

    It will be helpful to take notes on what you are reading. This includes jotting down important points and definitions of terms with which you might not be familiar. Note the headings and subheadings, which help you understand the hierarchy of information. You do not have to turn in these notes.

    • Why are there more transactions in B2B markets than B2C markets? Why are there fewer buyers?

  6. For the final 8 points of the assignment, find a post that you disagree with, and refute it in three sentences or more. In your rebuttal, acknowledge the person’s opinion, then respectfully refute with factual information. Example: “Aaron, you mentioned you thought customers want an experience. However, I disagree because . . .”
