Operations Element: Ensure and focus on operating the newly opened McDonalds with a fully trained staff. As the General Manager it is my responsibility to operate at and maintain McDonalds corporate policies and procedures. Overseeing and ensuring the newly hired employees are efficiently trained in McDonalds expectations, will benefit new hires in the future.
Logistics Element: Maintain and operate within McDonalds corporate policies and procedures in order to execute McDonalds menu items to consumers who frequent McDonalds establishments. McDonalds consumers expect consistency and value for their patronage.
Integration Element: Provide Daily records and information to McDonalds Corporate offices of via Operations Management supervisor. The first thirty days of operations are a crucial time period for any adjustments that may need to occur. Providing daily information will provide corporate supervisors necessary incite to the day-to-day operations, thus allowing any adjustments to be completed in a timely manner.
