1) Your answers to Items #1-15 on page 1
2) Type each score and show how you have added it up for each of the 5 Big Five personality characteristics using the “scoring key” instructions on page 1, which are repeated here for your convenience:
Extraversion: Score for Item 1 + Score for Item 6 + Reverse Score for Item 11 (reverse score means: a 5 is switched to a 1, a 4 is switched to a 2, a 3 remains a 3, a 2 is switched to a 4, and a 1 is switched to a 5)
Agreeableness: Reverse Score for Item 2 + Score for Item 7 + Score for Item 12
Conscientiousness: Score for Item 3 + Score for Item 8 + Score for Item 13
Emotional Stability: Score for Item 4 + Score for Item 9 + Reverse Score for Item 14
Openness to Experience: Reverse Score for Item 5 + Reverse Score for Item 10 + Reverse Score for Item 15
3) Include what your top 2 scores are for the Big Five personality characteristics (from #2 above). If you have a tie, that is fine–just indicate that.
4) Your answers to Items #1-32 from pages 3-5.
5) Use the scoring key on page 5 to come up with your 4-letter personality type. This personality type corresponds to the Myers-Briggs types (using a shortened list of questions). If you have “ties” between some letters, just indicate what those ties are.
