RESPONSE TO A PEER Kari ScThe target audience would be any animal lover out there between young children to adults. The reason I believe this is because the dog in the picture is a puppy that looks sad, that is the first thing you notice. The ad is very simple, so your eyes go straight to the puppy and then the curiosity of what the purpose of the ad is directs you to the words. Normally when people see a puppy the emotions that are sparked are happy, seeing a puppy with its ears pinned back shows that it is scared/sad, this triggers the sad emotion in the brain.
