Globalization encourages and increases the interactions between different populations and countries worldwide. It represents the exchange of ideas, values among different cultures. Through globalization, developed nations can gain a competitive advantage, and they become more cost-effective and therefore attracts jobs. On the other hand, in simple words, decision-making is the act of selecting between two alternative solutions to a problem .it is based on the assumptions of the decision-maker (Wilson, 2012).            Globalization has affected the different regions of the world by reducing manufacturing costs. Therefore, companies provide products and services at lower prices to customers. The critical aspect of the average-sized cost of goods subsidizes the increase in the living standard. Globalization enhances the advancement in communication. It enables the identification of more investment opportunities. Moreover, globalization has affected the world by political and economic stability and by improving fiscal policies. The consequences of globalization that negatively affect the economy include disproportional wealth, and income inequalities. In addition, massive development of transport also affected the environment by causing severe problems like greenhouse gas emissions and global warming on air pollution (Doh & Luthans, 2018).Globalization provides benefits worldwide by increasing the cultural exchanges of developed economies. It also offers financial interactions between companies. The costs of globalization include structural employment, environmental costs, the brain drain from some regions, less cultural diversity, and tax competition and avoidance (Kassen, 2013). Some of the benefits and costs of globalization are given belowIt increases global investment. It provides free movement of labor It may reduce global inequalityFor Saudi Vision 2030, globalization makes many developments by providing chances to foreign investors to invest in different sectors such as insurance, trade, technology, education, and other crucial areas, and this helps to diversify the economy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Doh & Luthans, 2018). It can be in terms of economy, population, or even culture. Globalization is caused by information exchange, technology, and trading, among others. Globalization has reduced the cost of manufacturing for different companies (Luthans & Doh, 2018). This is because raw materials can be easily accessed from any part of the world with less strain. It makes it easier for companies to manufacture and finalize the required products. Raw materials are purchased at affordable costs hence reducing manufacturing costs. Globalization opens up the market in any part of the world. This offers consumers broader markets for the required goods. It gives them the freedom to purchase from any market.            Globalization is beneficial to different groups and people. Workers easily get access to new technologies and innovations. With globalization, new technologies have come into existence. They are advanced and make things much easier for employees to implement their work in different organizations. It greatly benefits workers as it reduces the overall workload. Different communities serve as customers. With globalization, they can access various products at lower costs (Luthans & Doh, 2018). This is because of the wide variety of the same products. Companies also get access to new cultures that help them to improve their overall standards.            Relating to globalization, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aims to improve its geostrategic position by 2030. It seeks to have moved to the 25th position compared to the current 49th position globally (Çevik, 2018). The kingdom of Saudi Arabia aims to improve its overall competitiveness index. The country wants to move its index from the 25th to the top twenties by 2030. The country also aims to strengthen its overall education system. The current system is not as effective as it should be. Therefore, improving the sector will cut the activities of students having to seek education from other already developed countries in terms of education. Availing education in Saudi is a valid explanation of globalization due to accessibility. ReferencesÇevik, A. (2018). Globalization and identity. In Violence or Dialogue? (pp. 85-93).
